I was approached by a local carpet cleaning company that I work with to rectify a floor that had been mishandled by one of their technicians. The client's living room floor was plagued by a stubborn wax build-up, which the technician had accidentally removed. It was commendable that the technician had taken the initiative to address the issue, but it should be noted that hardwood should never be treated with acrylic waxes. 

In order to resolve the problem, I arrived equipped with my powerful scrubber and skillfully extracted the wax from the floor. To ensure a uniform and attractive sheen, I meticulously applied a thin layer of urethane across the entire floor. The outcome was not only a fixed floor, but also a delighted client who was thoroughly satisfied with the results.
