I was contracted by a construction company I collaborate with to provide a thorough cleaning for a tile in a client's space. The client was hosting a major event the following day, so I rearranged my busy schedule to ensure the basement tile was spotless for them. Despite the challenge of dealing with drywall dust and paint that covered every surface, our powerful scrubber handled it effortlessly. Both the contractor and, more importantly, the client noticed a remarkable transformation after our meticulous cleaning process. Although our expertise lies in hardwood, we also excel in surface cleaning for tile. The client was so delighted with our work that they expressed interest in hiring us for their business offices.
I received a call from a familiar client who needed my assistance in finding a solution for their new home. They had opted for engineered hardwood flooring, but due to the constant foot traffic from their children and their large puppy, a cane corso, they were concerned about the condition of their floors. They wanted to explore options to uplift and protect their hardwood flooring.
Upon my initial inspection, I quickly realized that their daily routine was indeed taking a toll on the floors, but the main culprit was the use of polishes like mopnglo to "revitalize" their flooring. In reality, all these polishes were doing was creating layers of acrylic on the floor, which gradually made the surface appear dull and scratched. I explained to them that I could restore their floors by removing the wax and applying a thick coat of water-based polyurethane, which would provide better protection in the long run. Aside from the inevitable dings and scratches caused by their energetic cane corso, the floor cleaned up beautifully. The fresh coat of polyurethane not only enhanced the floor's durability but also gave it a consistent sheen that they could be proud of, without any embarrassment. I received a message through Google from a customer who was keen on getting a thorough cleaning for his engineered hardwood floors. All he wanted was a deep cleaning for his space, and that's exactly what we provided. It was evident that his floors had never undergone professional cleaning before, as the transformation was astounding. Take a look at the photos and video to witness the incredible removal of dirt and grime from this hardwood flooring.
I was approached by a local carpet cleaning company that I work with to rectify a floor that had been mishandled by one of their technicians. The client's living room floor was plagued by a stubborn wax build-up, which the technician had accidentally removed. It was commendable that the technician had taken the initiative to address the issue, but it should be noted that hardwood should never be treated with acrylic waxes.
In order to resolve the problem, I arrived equipped with my powerful scrubber and skillfully extracted the wax from the floor. To ensure a uniform and attractive sheen, I meticulously applied a thin layer of urethane across the entire floor. The outcome was not only a fixed floor, but also a delighted client who was thoroughly satisfied with the results. |
